The customer has the right of using the application, by paying a monthly rate, and using an alternative model which overlaps the traditional hardware and software acquisition.

This service allows, from an Internet Browser, to estimate, invoice, issue shipping bills, approve the estimate for production, manage stocks, as well as to manage and follow-up the production.

As an example, for estimating, it is possible to estimate any type of job, to define the operations from prepress until finishing of the job, to choose the printing machine, to automatically calculate the imposition, to simulate other quantities and, at the end, to issue an offer to send to your customer by fax or email.

Which are the associated investments?

Initial Setup – Value to be payed according to the customer's desired features and functionalities and the accounting of the process critical variables, such as, types of jobs, components, printing machines, operations, industrial costing, material families, as well as, the number of desired reports;

Training – Training program for users which will occur either at Sistrade's facilities or customer facilities. The minimum is 1 day of training;

Monthly Rate– Monthly value to be payed during the contracted period and according to the contracted modules;
